then have chaos faction arena that i heard and hook up with the creators of stick arena
then make it online

That is, providing the creators of stick arena:

(a) can be contacted by DP
(b) are even interested
(c) have enough time to get something as big as CF online (I dunno, how big is stick arena? It sounds crap so probably not very)
(d) can do it anyway; Kesteven's main issue with it was getting an adequate server so one could have more gaming than lag. I believe that so far this has not been found...
(e) don't already have a running feud with DP
(f) reach the team's (clearly very high) standards of working partners
(g) can reach an agreement over splitting of cost/profits (I don't really understand the finances of the internet so say no more)
(h) won't steal the idea and make a rip-off, then copyright it and sue DP

Other than that, yeah, great idea.

as it happens, we've already got in contact with xgen studios and they gave us use of their server. for some reason though, we just can't get the synchronization fast enough for a real-time game - it's about 2 updates per second which would be horribly frustrating to say the least.
