(Given That 87% of kids in this nation dont read at grade level, i belive it)

They are pushing children too hard and fast now. The reason 2nd graders are failing is because they are doing what used to be 5th grade work, and people assume that since the technology's getting better, that the children should be getting upgraded just as fast.

Dude... I'm like one of only about three people in my year (5th form) who can read anyway. Plus, I have a reading age of an 18 yr old, so as I said, I was just drunk... Yes, mother is an irresponsible parent.

Yes, that's true. The jump in difficulty between 4th and 5th form is about 3 years. If I don't pull my finger out this year and become a mindless study drone (swatter) then my teacher's will be beating ten shae of shit outta me.
